Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We offer 4.95 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders under $75 and free shipping on domestic orders $75 and over


Our current processing time is always listed at the top of our home page. We strive to make sure your order ships within that time frame. (This means your package will leave fulfillment at the end of that time period.)


We are unable to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all our orders are shipped individually. 


Customers are responsible for providing their correct shipping information when an order is placed. Bows for Jo will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Bows for Jo due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. 


When we deliver your package to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. That means packages marked as delivered, but ‘not received’, or packages lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility to locate. We are not able to issue refunds on lost packages. (We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance on all domestic orders.)
